Money questions
Common questions about cost
Unused sessions are held until the end of that month and can be used the following month, for up to one month. If money is tight, say so and we will put together a package that fits.
Yes. On the yearly plan a full year is settled at once and the 15% discount applies. If you have to stop mid-year, the remainder is returned to you.
If you cancel with 24 hours' notice the full fee applies. In medical or emergency circumstances an online session replaces it and nothing is deducted.
Card payment in the practice and bank transfer are both possible. For instalments we review the terms at first contact and put it in writing.
