About the practice
How I work and what to expect.
My story
I started out of my own pain
Years ago I was living with anxiety of my own, and nothing I tried worked. That was when I understood that what actually helps a person is being heard without judgement. That experience changed my direction and I decided to take psychology seriously.
Now, after thirteen years of clinical work, every client is still a particular human being to me, with a story that only they have lived. My job is not to tell you what to do; it is to sit beside you until you reach the answer yourself.
